Type of service and no advice

Baldur Studio is software for simulating reactions to advertising copy and social-media content. The simulation generates utterances of synthetic persona agents, produced from stored profiles and by a language model. These utterances are not statements of real people and not a survey of real market data.

Baldur Studio does not provide advertising, marketing, legal or tax advice. Outputs are decision aids; you remain responsible for publishing your own content.

Liability for content

As a service provider I am responsible for my own content on these pages under the general laws pursuant to § 7 para. 1 DDG. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, as a service provider I am not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the moment of knowledge of a concrete infringement of law. If corresponding infringements of law become known, I will remove this content immediately.
